Rent it yourself — we will still manage it
Want to handle the leasing and collect the commission? Take it. We will take the management agreement and pick things up from there.
Your tenants come back to you
When a resident is ready to buy, we send them to the agent who referred them. That is the arrangement, every time.

Send them over. We will take the management agreement, keep you on the file, and your client comes back to you when they are ready to buy or sell.
