What you’ll need
- Photo ID for every adult applicant
- Proof of income — recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or tax returns if self-employed
- Your last two addresses and landlord contacts
- The application fee, paid at the end
A soft credit check runs when you submit — it won’t affect your score. We look for income around 3× the rent, and you’ll hear back the same day.
Applications are issued per home. Tell us which one you’re interested in and a manager will send you the link, usually within the hour.
